These Terms govern your use of Sudoku Cafe (the "App"), operated by LOGAN LAND ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App except where the law allows.
The App has no sign-up or sign-in. Your progress, records, and stickers are stored only on your device and cannot be recovered if you delete the App or change devices. The "Remove Ads" purchase can be restored through the app store.
"Remove Ads" is an optional one-time purchase, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, that removes the banner ad. It is not a subscription. Prices may vary by country and may change. Refunds follow the policy of the app store you purchased from.
The free version shows a banner ad at the bottom of the game screen, provided by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising identifiers are used.
Do not tamper with the App, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App, including its design, artwork, code, and the names "Sudoku Cafe" and "LOGAN LAND", belongs to us or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free of errors.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
이 약관은 LOGAN LAND(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 스도쿠 카페(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 내려받거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 이용자에게 개인적·비상업적 오락 목적의 앱 이용을 허락합니다. 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 앱을 복제, 수정, 역설계, 배포할 수 없습니다.
앱에는 회원가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 진행 상황, 기록, 스티커는 기기에만 저장되며 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 복구할 수 없습니다. 「광고 제거」 구매는 스토어를 통해 복원할 수 있습니다.
「광고 제거」는 배너 광고를 없애는 선택형 1회 구매 상품으로, Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 결제를 처리합니다. 구독이 아닙니다. 가격은 국가에 따라 다르고 바뀔 수 있으며, 환불은 구매한 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.
무료 버전은 게임 화면 하단에 Google AdMob 등 외부 네트워크의 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 식별자 이용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
앱을 변조하거나 운영을 방해하거나 불법적인 목적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
앱의 디자인, 그림, 코드와 "스도쿠 카페", "LOGAN LAND" 명칭은 회사 또는 라이선스 제공자에게 있습니다.
회사는 앱이나 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 앱이 항상 오류 없이 제공됨을 보장하지 않습니다.
앱은 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 같은 범위에서 회사는 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해와 관련 법령이 책임 제한을 허용하지 않는 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.
약관을 바꾸면 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.
